Starting a blog, or anything new, is such a challenge! At least for me, it’s all about where or how do I even begin? 🤷‍♀️ So, instead of starting from “the beginning”, I’ll start from my most recent adventures and will weave in my past as needed. Everyone enjoys a good flashback, right? 🤔

Seattle, Washington - I’ve been to Seattle before for work when I worked the traditional, corporate job that involved travel. You go, you’re there, but you’re not really there. Therefore, I was thrilled to return, solo, to do the typical touristy sightseeing, visit a friend and prepare for my first solo trip to Alaska.

As I’ll describe in future posts, my trip did not disappoint. Honestly, after the year I’ve had so far - leaving my husband of 15 years, moving into an apartment to live alone for the first time ever in my life and trying to keep my business afloat during covid - ANYTHING was preferred to my current home life, so, I welcomed the solo travel adventures with open arms. 🤗
